Directions

Turn off N2 2km before Heidelberg. Sign says Witsand. Do not take first Witsand turn off after Swellendam. The road you turn off on to must be tar!
After 6km turn left at small Vermaaklikheid sign. Continue to T-Junction, turn left.
Go through first dip across river, at T-Junction turn right.
Drive slowly and watch for road warnings!
Go slowly through second dip and U-Bend, keep straight till you arrive in Vermaaklikheid.
At the bottom of the hill you will see an olive farm with white pillars and a small dam on the right. Just after the dam you will turn right. There is a sign to River Magic. Follow this road up a hill and down the other side
As you come down the hill, a road will join in from the right, 100m further on the left you will see an arch made of reeds as well as a small faded sign saying House of Eels below a small hanging metal wheel. Turn left here
You might need to open and close two gates, just follow this road.
For guests coming from the Mosselbay side – as you go through Riversdale on the N2, turn left at the Vermaaklikheid sign (there is boat mounted at the sign)
From here follow instructions as above
